Humorous Gnome Jos Speedo

Here's a typical Quebec character that could be seen from time to time, especially on Saturday mornings, in our suburbs. I affectionately named him "Jos Speedo". He is usually accompanied by a good old gas-powered lawnmower, which also serves as a mosquito repellent given the blue cloud that emanated from it.
